I first met Sonny Jacks as a high school baseball player in his first year of coaching. We discussed the “Mendoza Line” of a .200 batting average. We discussed ways to stay above the line and keep taking the swings. I later worked with Sonny in health care sales. We often discussed how the closing sales average is 20% and ways we can stay above that similar business “Medoza Line”.
